We’re currently revitalizing an old warehouse into a LEED-certified residential and creative maker’s space. Once completed, this industrial-inspired, four-story building will have room for 40 families and give back to countless more with workshop space, mural walls, and a rooftop garden all open to the community.

We are repurposing tactile materials like corden steel and tumbled brick for sustainable development that will only get better with age.
